25        Cast iron Arcade Toy "Dump Wagon", 3 part toy - front section consists of 2 mules harnessed to a yellow 2 wheel cart, the red wagon section has a seat and open body with hinged floor raised lettering on each side in yellow "Dump Wagon." The driver is an African American dressed in a red coat and hat, some paint losses, 19th c. American, 14 1/4" long. Provenance: A Massachusetts collection. Estimate $250-500

26        Cast Iron Toy Farm Wagon, 3-part toy, the front section has 2 oxen pulling a yellow 2 wheel cart, the back section is a red staved farm/hay wagon with yellow wheels, the driver is an African American standing in the wagon with a yellow hat, some minor paint losses, 15" long, 19th c. American. Provenance: A Massachusetts collection. Estimate $500-750
26A      Babe Ruth Signed Baseball, 1928 New York Yankees multi-signed team baseball, 21 signatures including Hall of Fame inductees Leo Durocher and Herb Pennoch, 3 signatures of Miller Huggins, Lou Gehrig and Tony Lazzieri are club house versions. PSA/NA grading authenticity overall grade 4, certificate included, containing a picture of the ball. Provenance: A mid-western collection. Estimate $1,000-2,000

61        Multi-Wood and Ivory Inlaid, Veneered and Inlaid Jewelry Box, ivory inlay has lace motif, top has a carved ivory rose, surrounded by central ebony foliate designed border, stars, hearts, diamonds and dyed stringing, 12" wide x 6 1/2" tall, 19th century, probably sailor or export made, in as found condition. 75        Steinway and Sons Baby Grand Piano, refinished mahogany case, "Model M, serial #222893," a condition report on the piano is available, good playing condition, comes with a mahogany bench, 57" x 67" long. 94A      Sarcophagus Painting of Fayum, painting on gesso on wood panel, 13 1/8" x 7 5/8" with edge losses and upper corners cut. Painting depicts a woman wearing earrings and 2 necklaces over a pull over blouse, some cracks  and paint chipping. Appears to be from the Roman 1st century A.D., period from Egypt . These are known as "Fayum," portraits of a deceased upper class person. Provenance: A Peterborough , NH estate originally purchased in New York in the 1960's. Estimate $30,000-50,000

95A      Large Primitive Wooden Figural Grinder/Press, pig form with crank handle and metal plate with holes on the bottom, 13" long x 12 1/2" tall x 5" wide, possibly Pacific rim. Provenance: A Peterborough , NH collection. Estimate $50-100

99A      Railroad Steam Engine Weathervane, sheet copper cut out to depict a 19th century locomotive, the smoke stack is clad on either side with Zink to create a proper balance, old weathered green color, 33" long x 15 1/8" tall, the bell and the steam whistle have broken off the top of the engine, but will be available to be inspected upon request, 19th century New Hampshire. Provenance: A New Hampshire collection, has always been in the family  and came off their family's barn in NH. Estimate $5,000-8,000

105      Three Color Jacquard Coverlet, the design consists of eagles in the corners and center medallion of pheasants and ducks swimming on a checkered ground, 90" x 80", 19th century. Provenance: A New York State collection. Estimate $250-400

112      Fire-Arm - Consecutively Numbered Pair of Cogswell & Harrison Ltd 12 ga. Side lock Shotguns, in their original fitted leather case. Barrels of both #1 and #2 side by side shotguns measure 27.5" in length. Chokes on both are IMP. CYL. and CYL. Length of pull on each shotgun measures 14.75" to the center of their rubber butt pads. Both straight grip stocks are of nicely figured walnut and are both checkered at the wrist and fore grips. Barrels of both shotguns have been re-blued and show some wear to bluing at the chambers and the barrel tips. the engraved makers name and location can just be deciphered on the top rib as it has been polished after being re-blued, "Cogswell & Harrison..New Bond st, London ," can be discerned after careful visual examination. Checkering on both is worn somewhat smooth, no case coloring is evident but each gun is finely detailed with rose scroll engraving throughout.  Consecutive serial numbers are 467XX and 467XX. Rubber stacked butts on walnut stocks measure 1.5" deep. Provenance: A Dublin , NH and New York collection, purchased by the consignor's father . Estimate $15,000-20,000

Time, strike and calendar movement, original brass pendulum, floral paint decoration on a red ground, the lower panel has an oval painted scene of a man and a woman fleeing some danger, 95 1/2" tall x 22" wide all base, 8 1/2" deep, early 19th century.  Provenance: An Amherst , NH collection, California estate auction. 141         Stained Glass believed to be made by Donald   MacDonald was born in 1841 in Glasgow,  trained in London during the 1860’s and immigrated to the US to join the William McPherson & Co Studios in Boston which he later took over and changed into his name. During the 1870’s he was a leading exponent of the British Design Reform Movement. MacDonald's work was well known throughout New England. The McPherson/MacDonald studio had done most of the windows for Harvard's Memorial Chapel "The William Ellery Channing Memorial Window" in the Newton, MA, and the Presbyterian Church. The window in the National Arts Club (the former Samuel J. Tilden Mansion at 15 Gramercy Park South) may be seen in James L. Sturm's STAINED GLASS FROM MEDIEVAL TIMES TO THE PRESENT: Treasures to Be Seen in New York.  Glass has been crated and all 11 pieces are shown photographed individually and then combined together for a sense of what the window would like installed.  In excellent condition.  Estimate $7000-$10,000
