German Model 98 Mauser #3229 8mm, with a 24 1/2" barrel with strong bore and light pitting, All parts are marked correctly but the bolt is marked 3852, chamber is marked by f 41, barrel stamped at chamber 40R93 and is proofed with a german eagle, laminated wood stock is complete with light to moderate handling marks, Metal butt plate is marked bpr41 with WAA497 Waffenonamp, tangent rear sight and period leather sling overall very good condition.
