Anthony Thieme, Mass./ CA (1888-1954), Oil on canvas painting of Rockport area dock scene, estate stamp on rear stretcher, some flaking lower right with possible remains of a signature, 30" tall x 36" wide, set in the original gold molded frame, "McClees Gallery" label on stretcher, remains of another label mostly torn off. Provenance: NH private collection descended to him from a Philadelphia estate which accounts for the PA gallery label.
