member of the 506th Parachute Infantry of the United States.
Includes promotion document for Dix, a 506th PIR vehicle I.D tag
(metal plate), 2 booklets on the 101st Airborne Division, 1942
Parachute training manual, personal photographs, Christmas
card-101st & 506th insignia, Christmas dance announcement 1944, Army
pass/railway ticket England, PIR booklets and miscellaneous
articles, personal certificates, Maps of France where he marked
personal notes about locations on the map and newspaper clippings.

German photographs. Includes A) 8 very large black & white prints made in 1976
from original negatives by Harvey Glick, author of "Nazi-SS". Only 2 of these
photos were published. B) Large color print of Hitler and his cabinet at
rally C) Seven photographs (each 7 1/4" x5 1/4" black and white) of Albert
Speer visiting a city and in a meeting with Army & Luftwaffe generals and
civilians. Reverse of each photo has "Der Reichsminister für Rüstung u.
Kriegsproducktion". "Hubmann" named as the photographer. D) 5 small black and
white photos of the French fleet at about the time the British destroyed it at
Oran (July 1940) E) Includes a postwar letter typed and signed by Walter Reder

period German photographs of Polish Jews and a display from the museum of the
remains of a child's shoe found at Stutthof concentration camp. 22 black &
white original photographs of Polish Jews being degraded, forced to work and
rounded up by German Army. Photos are in black cases with translations of
comments written on reverse and were used as part of the "Crossing the Wire"
museum display. Also include a small display case with the remains of a child's
