12         Ottoman Empire "Dag" Blunderbuss, floral & vine silver inlaid iron barrel with flint lock firing mechanism, brass trigger guard (probably old replacement), with unusual rifle style stock with silver inlaid butt plate, 19" long overall, 11" long barrel, 18/19th century. Provenance: A MA, sporting collection. Estimate $900-1,200
13         Wrought Iron Steel Blunderbuss, made with an octagonal based barrel ending in the typical round flared muzzle. Crudely engraved brass trigger guard and plain brass butt plate. Side lock & hammer also engraved in the same manner. The 17 1/2" barrel has been polished to a satin finish, obliterating the barrels touch marks, possibly 18th c. German. Provenance: A Harrisville, NH collection. Estimate $500-800
39         Austrian Model 1842 Carbine, 14 1/2" barrel with grooved rifling, cal .71, Civil War purchased by the Union in 1861 & delivered in 1862 to Fremont 's western command, in old un-cleaned condition with some rusting, marked #11 on the stock, #28 on the trigger guard, "E" on the top of the barrel. Provenance: A Dublin , NH collection. Estimate $1,000-1,500
40         Indian Trade Musket, "(John) Barnett 1830" marked on the side hammer plate, oversized trigger guard, brass side plate depicting a sea serpent (ID in a circle), brass ferrules, overall length 51", barrel length 35 1/8", top of barrel is marked "Indian" with 2 oval hallmarks, butt plate is attached with square iron nails, stock is branded ID in a circle. Provenance: A Massachusetts firearm collection. Estimate $2,500-3,500

41         1808 Contract Flintlock Musket, marked on top of barrel, "PM, RS 1815 (Rufus Sibley), just below, overall length 56", barrel 41 1/4" length. All surface cleaned. Provenance: A Massachusetts firearm collection. Estimate $1,000-1,500

42         French M 1816 Flintlock Musket, overall length 55 1/2", barrel length 40 1/2", marked on the top backside of the barrel, "MD", side plate marked, "CF" and unreadable script, brass trigger guard and 3 bands, the walnut stock is branded, "Allan Aux Boeufs," all surfaces have been cleaned. Provenance: A Massachusetts firearm collection. Estimate $1,000-1,500

43         Winchester Model 1873 Rifle, serial #218174B, made in 1886, marked on the top of the barrel, "Winchester Repeating Arms, New Haven , CT ," & "Kings Improvement Pat. 1866 1860," "Model 1873," marked behind hammer, silver inlay on stock - 2 diamonds and heart, all surfaces are cleaned. Provenance: A Massachusetts firearm collection. Estimate $1,000-1,500
44         1863 Remington Contract Rifle, hammer plate marked "1863, spread wing eagle, "Remington's USI Lion, NY", marked on the top of the barrel, "1863, VP eagle head," steel RKA," marked, "US" on butt plate tang, all furniture brass, tulip head ramrod, known as the, "Zouave Rifle." Provenance: A Massachusetts firearm collection. Estimate $2,000-3,000
44A      William Read, Boston percussion Rifle, side hammer plate marked, "William Reed, Boston" with engraved dog & 2 ducks, engraved brass butt plate, ferrules and trigger guard, unusual 16 sided barrel, 41 5/8" long, 56" length overall, old surfaces. Provenance: A Dublin , NH collection. Estimate $400-700
44B      Harpers Ferry 1814 Musket, converted to percussion marked on the side hammer plate, "Harper's Ferry, 1814," marked on the top of the barrel, "IP (in an oval) US," 40 1/2" long barrel, no ramrod, cleaned stock with carved initials, "CER," cleaned metal surfaces. Provenance: A Bedford , NH estate collection. Estimate $600-1,000
154       Hopkins & Allen, Minuteman", 39" barrel, beautiful tiger maple stock fitted with high quality brass trigger guard, patch box and butt. Side lock stamped 'Warranted". Provenance: A southern NH collection. Estimate $200-300
155A     W.H. Lawrence Shotgun, 20 ga. Single shot, marked on the top of the barrel, "W.H. Lawrence, Laconia, NH" marked "23" under receiver, 30" long barrel, good old finish. Provenance: A Jaffrey, NH estate collection. Estimate $200-300
