1. Etching on paper of Washington’s headquarters near Valley Forge by Childe Hassam. Monogrammed lower right. 8" by 6½" sight.

2. Sack back Windsor armchair in old varnish finish having tall shaped back supported by 7 spindles with a central bowed support ending in shaped arms supported by boldly turned spindles set on a shaped seat supported by four boldly turned legs having a 4 way splay and connected by bulbous stretchers. 18^th century New England. 42" overall height. 23" back height. 18" seat height. Some wear to the old varnish finish.

3. Early appliquéd quilt having a floral and vine motif in red, ochre and green applied to a white hand stitched background intricately depicting a floral and leaf design. 19th century American possibly of New England origin. Yellowing to background. 93" by 96".

3A. Painted pine wall cupboard with glazed doors on old brown surface having a molded cornice with 6 interior shelves. 36" wide x 69" tall. mid 19^th century American.

4. Mahogany Hepplewhite style two part Secretary having a top with glazed Gothic arched doors under an arched cornice with a central panel set on a base having a crotched and banded fold down wiring surface over two drawers with crotched fronts set on four tapered legs with bellflowers at the top of the front legs. 34.5" wide by 74" tall including the wooden finials. Circa 1900.

4A. Set of 4 Thumb back Windsor side chairs in original yellow paint with hand painted decoration, fruit on the crest, lines on the spindles and fruit decorated seats. Some paint loss and seat wear. 19th century New England. 16.5" seat height.

5. Important Native American classic style blanket having a red background with interwoven blue and white lines of varying lengths both a zigzag and straight. 19th century or earlier Navajo. 51" wide by 78" long. Some edge damage and repair.

6. Cold painted bronze figure of Native American Chief in full ceremonial dress carrying a rifle. 9¼" tall set on a 2" marble base. Impressed on the verso "Kauba".

7. Cold painted bronze figure of an American Chief in full ceremonial dress running and carrying a coupe stick. Signed on the upper right leg "Geschutzt 806". Attributed to C. Kauba. 9¼" tall figure set on a 2" marble base.

8. Cold painted bronze figure of a Native American Chief in full ceremonial dress with a rifle slung over his back carrying 2 bear cubs. Impressed mark of a Bee with the letter B within and with "GESCH" beneath on the back of his skirt and titled on a bronze plaque on the back of the marble base "Nam - Greb". 9.25" tall set on a 2.25" marble base.

9. Native American Yei blanket with a light brown background and typical figural design. Probably 20^th century. 26" x 37½".

10. Native American blue and red decorated basket having a rectangular shape with carved handles at either end. Probably woodlands. New England late 19th century. 19.5" long. Minor Damage.

10a. Painted Elk hide robe, central geometric circle surrounded by Native Americans battling soldiers, hunting buffalo etc, 58" by 62", bought at the Crow reservation in Montana.

11. Oil on canvas painting of The United States Frigate "Constitution" at full sail signed lower left "Marshall Johnson". 24½" by 30" sight.

12. Mahogany 4 drawer Sheraton chest having a cookie corner top set on reeded columns set on turned legs. 39" wide by 41" tall. Early 19th century New England.

13. Mahogany case Sheraton style upright piano by Mason and Hamlin. # E 52572, Aeolian. Condition report available. 60" wide. Matching upholstered stool with place for music storage.

14. Parlor Grand Piano made by James and Holstrom, New York, # 19444 having a matching stool. Condition report available. In as found condition.

14A. Melodian, ornately carved spinet style made by Spang, Syracuse, N.Y.. Probably mid 19^th century.

19. Pine two part country store set back cupboard having a sixteen drawer top section with a cornice molding set on a base having four open bins over eight drawers. Old gray paint over original red. 19th century Continental. 75" tall by 61" wide.

20. Oil on board three quarter portrait of a gentleman with a putti placing a wreath over his head. 17^th or 18th century possibly South American. Block lettering on the reverse "Ancernoch d/RK" (?). 29.25" wide by 43.5" tall. Central vertical crack.

21. Rosewood "D" shaped card table with line inlay on the tapered legs ending with applied stepped cuffs. 36" wide. Late 18th century English.

22. Black painted wooden mantle clock with ormolu mounts having a round gilt face with black numerals, set on 4 wood columns with brass capitols. Early 19^th century French. 16.25" tall.

23. Miniature red and black painted blanket box having an interior drawer and a till set on black painted turned legs The handles are quarter turnings. 25¾" wide.

24 A. Oil on canvas three quarter primitive portrait of a little girl in a lacy dress holding a rose. 19^th century American. Canvas is stenciled on the reverse "Prepared by Hollis and Wheeler, 59 Union Street, Boston Mass". 21" x 25 ½" sight. Old gold frame. Good old surface. One restored hole and others including a tear needing restoration.

24. Wooden staved pail with lapped wooden bands. Old green paint on the exterior and white on the inside. Damage to one handle. 19^th century New England. 9½" diameter. 9" to the top of the handle.

25. Wooden staved keg with wrought iron bands. Old red and yellow paint with black lettering "Wm. Becker". Missing one iron band. 19th century new England.

26. Miniature poplar wood lift top box with dovetailed ends set on spool feet and with an interiror till. Original green paint. 19th century mid Atlantic origin. 12" wide by 8" tall.

27. Set of 6 country Chippendale side chairs. Late 18^th century Massachusetts or Rhode Island origin with molded ears, pierced splats, rush seats over straight molded legs all in a good old finish. 40" tall to the top of the crest and 17½" seat height.

28. Country Hepplewhite chest of 4 graduated drawers having a walnut case with poplar secondary wood all in the old finish. Original turned brass knobs. Early 19^th century from the mid Atlantic area. 40" wide by 41" tall and in good condition.

29. Bronze sculpture of a standing young nude woman signed on the base "Jo Davidson, ARIS 1939 – 51". Foundry mark CIRE, illegible. Brown patina. 27" tall.

30. Oil on board painting of a coastal scene with distant sail boats. Signed lower right "HA Duessel". 11½" by 23 ½" sight. Set in a gold leaf frame.

31. Pair of double lemon top brass andirons set on spurred cabriole legs ending in ball feet. 25" tall. Boston area early 19^th century. Original wrought iron dogs. Old color.

32. Room size Hamadan oriental rug with center medallion and over all floral design on a red ground. Mid 20^th century in good condition. 10’ 3" by 7’ 8".

33. Cast bronze rearing horse. Cast in 2 parts or in a two part mold. Etruscan style with old green patina. 6" tall. Head appears to be hollow. Reference material and correspondence available for inspection. Perhaps designed as an ornament for a vessel.

35. Maple Pad foot Queen Anne 2 part highboy having a molded cornice over a 4 drawer top set on a base having a waist molding over a single long drawer over 3 drawers set on 4 tall cabriole legs ending in large pad feet resting on platforms. Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts or New Hampshire. 38½" base case width and 69" tall. Restored brass and some restoration.

36. Oil on board fall landscape featuring a tree in the fore ground, a field with a stone wall with trees behind it and mountains in the background. Signed lower right "L. Lucioni AC". 5¾" x 7¾" sight.

37. Oil on board of a town scene. Early 20^th century. Signed lower right, "I. (Israel) Abramovsky". American early 20^th century. 7¾" x 9½" sight.

38. 19^th century American hooked rug mounted as a wall hanging having an olive green and black background with red, tan, and black lines as a border with flowers in the 4 corners. The shaped beige center has a bouquet of flowers. 40" x 52" wide.

39. Brass muffin top warming pan with a pierced top decorated with a vase of flowers surrounded by a decorative border. Chased. Original wooden handle. Restored at junction of the handle fitting and the pan. 12"diameter. 44½" tall. 18^th century, probably Dutch.

40. Fruitwood Regency arm chair having scrolled wooden stiles connected by a turned finial leading to straight arms embellished with carved shells at the junction ending at blocked turrets over turned and carved Sheraton type legs. Upholstered back and seat. Probably 19^th century Continental. 35½" overall height.

41. Sheffield English silver plated warming dish with a hinged top set on 4 reeded legs and having a pierced and a solid insert. Late 19^th century. 13" width including handles. Together with a silver plated under tray.

42. Fruitwood commode having a molded edge top over a case ending in short cabriole legs and having 2 flat panel doors. Probably late18^th or early 19^th century Continental. 48" wide.

49. Pair of Brass single arm Argand lamps stamped on the weight in the base "Cornelius and Son". having a prismed ring around the reservoir. 17½" tall to the top of the finial. They were part of the Kurt Kanichi collection.

50. Pair of Mahogany and Rosewood Sheraton Style Console tables having a figured rosewood top banded in mahogany set on a convex molded skirt over 3 reeded tapered Sheraton legs. Late 19^th century. Probably English.

51. Faux Figured Maple Grain painted dough box having a poplar top over a canted box set on a base with 4 splayed tapered legs. Early 19^th century. Probably Pennsylvania. 39" wide.

54. Hand carved folk art hanging shelf in brown paint having a cathedral shaped back board with pierced carving over a shelf with brackets inset with pinwheels and carved human figures over a smaller shelf flanked by pinwheel and other carving. 37" tall. 20^th century.

55. Red painted Sheraton one drawer stand with spool turned legs. Mid 19^th century. Possibly New England.

56. Mahogany Empire Banquet table having 2 half round ends with 6 leaves over a platform base having scrolled feet and supports. Leaves are supported by a box shaped extension mechanism with a Sheraton leg at each end for support. 52" x 12’5". Probably 1820, Boston.

57. Venetian Chandelier with ornate wood carving gesso, paint and gilding. 8 candle arms radiating from a central shaft. Tin candle sockets with tin candle sockets. 19^th century Continental. 53"diameter.

58. Etching on paper of Venice titled "La Bella Venice" printed and signed lower right "John Taylor Arms Venezia 1930". 8" by x 17" sight. Exhibited at the 21st Biennial International Exhibition of Art.

59. Federal gilt mirror with a panel at the top having a basket of fruit with split spindle base and sides supporting a pediment with rosettes supporting a molded crest with balls. 19^th century American. 79" tall.

60. Pair of Rosewood Chinese Armchairs with carved back and arm supports over a wooden seat over a carved skirt ending in four square legs. Late 19^th century.

66. 18 Bone handled Knives and 17 Forks with silver plated tines and blades with hallmarks and chased decoration. Probably 19^th century. English.

67. A Bone handled silver plated Asparagus server with pierced and chased decoration including a cherub together with bone handled silver plated meat fork. Both hallmarked. Probably 19^th century English.

68. Mahogany Queen Anne drop leaf table having a square leaf top over a rolled apron and set on 4 cabriole legs ending in raised pad feet. Two of the legs are swing legs. Old repair to one swing leg. Old refinished condition. 43¼" by 42½" open by 27½" tall. 18^th century Massachusetts.

69. Wine tasting cup, engraved "VT and VLT" on the handle and having a bowl with raised decoration. Mid 19^th century French, marked on underside of handle. 3" diameter.

70. Sterling silver scent lamp having an extinguisher cap together with at match case marked Birmingham, early 20th century.

71. Doll poster bed with tall turned posts and acorn finials. Head and footboards with cut out diamonds and acorn turnings. Early 19^th century in an old varnish finish. 24" long by 22" tall by 15" wide.

72. Pair of coin silver sugar tongs, probably early 19^th century, Birmingham. WP maker probably William Pugh.

73. Walnut Sugar Chest having a hinged top with an applied molded edge over a dovetailed divided case (dividers missing) set on a tapered leg base with a single drawer with a beaded edge. Replaced brass. Circa 1800 mid Atlantic origin. 38" tall x 18¾" deep x 26" wide (lid dimension).

74. Solid silver tablespoon with shell decoration and a chase decorated bowl, marked "Geo. Maudsley Jackson", probably London, late 19^thcentury together with a coin silver tablespoon hallmarked Peter & William Bateman, probably London, early 19^th century and a condiment spoon, probably late 19^th century London, Geo Maudsley Jackson.

82. Figured maple baseball bat form thermometer/barometer having a silver face signed "C. Wilder, Peterboro, N.H.", with Woodruffs Patent, June 5, 1860. Brass bands would hold the missing face glass. Working condition. 39" tall.

93. Pair of brass Lemon top fire place tools (shovel and tongs) with matching brass two part jam hooks consisting of a wall bracket and a lemon top inset. 18th century American.

94. Miniature courting mirror in a wooden slide top box having an antique mirror glass surrounded by molding surrounded by a polychrome wavy glass edge and a crest having a glass inset with a fruit design. 8 ½" tall. Minor glass damage. 18th century Europe.

95. Pair of brass ball and steeple top andirons with snake feet having a left and right curved sides extending to brass footed log stops with reflecting form. Original iron fire dogs. 21 ½" tall x 25" deep. Early 19th century American.

96. Pair of Cast Fire gilt Brass double arm Argand lamps having a brass ring embellished with eagles supported by a cut glass central reservoir flanked by two arms embellished with a crystal ring holding prisms. Missing some prisms and lacking globes. 19th century English or American. 23" tall.

Mahogany veneered Empire Pier table having the original white marble top ( 2 holes added later) over a case with a hidden drawer in the front set on scrolled supports fronting a mirrored back surrounded by a mahogany veneered frame set on a concave lower shelf over ogee blocked feet in the front and turned rear feet. Butternut and Pine secondary woods. Probably 19th century Vermont.

98. Mahogany cased banjo clock having a brass and glass dial face enclosing a painted dial faintly signed "Aaron Willard, Jr., Boston", over a wooden paneled throat and base. 19th century American. Appears to have original face, weights and finial. Good overall condition. 33" tall.

99. Miniature Mahogany hanging cabinet having a carved molded cornice over a glazed door with 2 interior shelves. Possibly 18^th century American.

100. Oval Mahogany tray having a scalloped edge with brass handles. Line inlay near the edge and a central oval. English. Possibly 18th century. 26" long. Nice old finish.

101. Paris Porcelain footed bowl having 15 states names in the ovals in the border under a blue serpent eating its tail. 19th century France.

102. Fine George III carved mahogany camelback sofa with a serpentine front and shaped rolled arms with exposed foliate facings, raised on square molded legs ending in spade feed. England circa 1800. 78" long x 39" deep x 37 " high.

Art Moderne bronze chandelier with white metal figures having a foliate center section with puti suspended from the ceiling connected by chains to 3 winged angels connected by 3 foliate arms with 3 light sockets each and a center foliate section with 4 light sockets. Turn of the century. Tiffany period. 35" diameter.
