Mark Twain photograph, c. 1905. 5"x7" original photograph of a large group of men celebrating a beefsteak dinner in honor of HH Rogers, famed American Industrialist and perhaps one of Twain's closest friends near the end of his life. Twain and Rogers can be seen standing in against the wall while everyone else is seated and facing the photographer. The setting is the famous Reisenweber's Cafe in Columbus Circle, NYC. Framed and matted, the frame 11 1/2" x 11 1/2".
